1. Booking Cancellation

Free Cancellation

Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one rental day.

No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to collect the vehicle at the agreed time and location without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a No-Show, and the full booking amount may be charged.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Cancellation within the free cancellation period
• Vehicle unavailability due to company-related reasons
• Confirmed overbooking
• Payment processing errors

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Early return of the vehicle
• No-Show situations
• Violation of rental agreement terms
• Traffic fines, penalties, or damages

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and banking institution.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Security Deposit

The security deposit is refundable provided:

• The vehicle is returned in the same condition
• No damage has occurred
• No traffic violations are recorded
• Fuel level matches the agreed return policy

If no issues are found, the deposit will be released within 3–10 business days, depending on the bank.

5. Amendments to Reservations

Changes to reservation dates or vehicle type are subject to availability and may affect the rental price.
